Jonathan Moseley, one of the nation’s best loved TV flower experts, is making a return visit to Derbyshire hotel and leisure complex Morley Hayes on Thursday 25 July to host an exclusive flower demonstration.
Jonathan, a national demonstrator who appeared on the popular BBC 2 series ‘The Big Allotment Challenge’, is known for his humorous and friendly approach which captivates audiences up and down the country.
After enjoying an elderflower and prosecco cocktail, guests will be able to watch Jonathan create a number of stunning flower arrangements which will exhibit a range of colours, scents and blooms. He’ll also be sharing lots of top tips and advice for growing and arranging a variety of flowers and plants.
After Jonathan’s lively demonstration, a traditional afternoon tea will be served, followed by coffee, tea and fruit teas.
Jonathan is a National Demonstrator who has worked as a professional florist for more than 25 years and is now one of the UK’s leading floral designers. The word of flowers is a passion for Jonathan and he employs his love of nature and his garden as a focus for many of his designs.
Commenting on Jonathan’s return to Morley Hayes, managing director Andrew Allsop, said:
“We’re delighted that Jonathan is returning to Morley Hayes. He has an incredibly busy calendar of engagements, so we’re very lucky to be able to welcome him back.
“His Summer and Christmas flower demonstrations were a big hit last year, so I’m sure it’ll be another fantastic afternoon for anyone interested in floristry, gardening and all things horticulture.

Commenting on returning to Morley Hayes, Jonathan said:
“I’m delighted to be making my third visit to Morley Hayes in two years. I always enjoy hosting demonstrations and workshops in this fabulous setting and try to bring something new to each demonstration for guests to enjoy.
“In my July demonstration I’ll be focusing on summer flowers and arrangements that can be created for the home.
“The guests at Morley Hayes events are always very knowledgeable and I look forward to sharing some of my top tips for creating some stunning arrangements.”
The event is being held on Thursday 25 July in the Sacheverell and de Ferrers Suites at Morley Hayes and begins at 12.30pm.
Tickets are £39.50 per person and include a glass of elderflower and prosecco cocktail on arrival, followed by a traditional afternoon tea comprising of a selection of finger sandwiches, homemade cakes and scones with clotted cream and jam, served with freshly made coffee, tea of fruit teas.
