REDROW MAKE IT ‘EGGSTRA’ SPECIAL FOR VISITORS TO ITS THREE DERBYSHIRE DEVELOPMENTS OVER THE EASTER PERIOD

Youngsters visiting Redrow Homes East Midlands’ developments across Derbyshire over the Easter period received an unexpected treat from the Easter bunny.

Easter egg hunts were staged at the company’s Langley Country Park development on Radbourne Lane in Derby, Brindley Park in Chellaston and Oaklands Park in Ashbourne, with a whole host of mouth-watering Easter treats up for grabs for the lucky winners.

The children teamed up with youngsters living on the three developments to search for clues, which led them to the stash of chocolate eggs that the Easter bunny had left with Redrow’s sales consultants.

And whilst most of the chocolate was eagerly devoured on the spot, some did make it home to be enjoyed with parents!

Redrow also organised an Easter colouring competition to encourage children to design their dream house. The lucky winners were eight year old Matilda, seven year old Frankie and baby Toby, whose creativity was rewarded with a giant Easter Egg and a £30 toy voucher each.

Commenting on this year’s Easter activities, Natalie Griffiths, head of sales at Redrow East Midlands, said:

“A real sense of community has developed at all three developments since they were launched and it was great to see visitors and residents team up to crack the clues during the Easter egg hunt.

“It certainly kept the little ones busy while their parents looked around our show homes and spoke to the sales advisors at our marketing suites.

“Thankfully the Easter bunny left us with plenty of eggs to give out, so everyone went home happy.”

Langley Country Park on Radbourne Lane comprises of a selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes and is popular with families, couples and single professionals,

Brindley Park in Chellaston features an outstanding selection of just 54 two, three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached family homes.

This exclusive development offers homebuyers the luxury of experiencing village life on the outskirts of the city, close to a range of local amenities and major road networks.

Meanwhile, Oaklands Park on Wyaston Road in Ashbourne is a stylish new development of 114 three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes located just a five-minute walk from the thriving town centre and a stone’s throw from the rolling Derbyshire countryside.

Redrow was founded by Chairman, Steve Morgan CBE, in 1974 and has now established itself as one of the country’s top housebuilders. In February 2017, the company acquired East Midlands-based Radleigh Homes, which has allowed Redrow to expand its operations in the East Midlands and establish a new division there.
