PUPILS ENJOY A HALLOWEEN SCARE-VENGER HUNT AT THE BRACKENS

For a special Halloween treat at its development The Brackens in Brackley, Barratt Homes hosted a scavenger hunt for a group of pupils from a brand new school.

The ‘eerie explorers’ from The Radstone Primary School were invited to the Radstone Fields development to search for a variety of Halloween themed objects in the sales centre and show home.

Joining forces to find all 10 of the items on their checklist, the children in attendance were able to explore the development to locate a bat, pumpkin, ghost and much more.

The pupils were also given the opportunity to enjoy Barratt Homes’ Halloween photo booth, dressing up and holding a selection of props after completing their scavenger hunt.

Steph Abbotts, Deputy Head Teacher at The Radstone Primary School, said: “It was wonderful to be welcomed to The Brackens for this Halloween event and the children really enjoyed working together to complete the scavenger hunt.”

“As our school is in the centre of the new development, we are looking forward to welcoming new children as we grow and continuing to build our community links. We would like to thank Barratt Homes for inviting us to this event as part of its community outreach.”

On the evening of Halloween between 5-8pm, the scavenger hunt will be open to the local community for families to attend in their scariest costumes and find the hidden items.

Alison Raine, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Northampton, said: “Our Halloween scavenger hunt at The Brackens is going to be an exciting activity and we’re thrilled the pupils from The Radstone Primary School were able to join us for this occasion.

“The objects to locate were displayed and hidden in our sales centre and show home and close by on the development, providing the children with the chance to do some exploring.

“As the new community at the development continues to flourish, we’ll look forward to hosting further events and bringing our residents together.”

Positioned on Halse Road, The Brackens features a collection of three, four and five bedroom properties located on the edge of the historic town of Brackley.
