Nottingham-based commercial property agent, Box Property, has secured the letting of 11 Bridlesmith Gate on behalf of a private client.
Now leased by national retailer David Clulow Opticians as the site of its first Nottingham store, the property is located in the heart of Nottingham’s retail quarter.
Formerly occupied by clothing retailer Joules, which has moved to a larger property on the same street, David Clulow Opticians opened its doors to the 924 sq ft ground floor store earlier this month.
On Bridlesmith Gate, the opticians has joined join some of Nottingham’s most aspirational retailers including Jack Wills, Hugo Boss, Ted Baker and Flannels. The property has been let at a rent of £75,000 per annum over a new 10-year lease.
