The building division of Nottinghamshire-based North Midland Construction has won a string of contracts worth almost £30m.
The business will work on two student accommodation schemes, which will have 535 and 63 beds in total.
The larger project in Sheffield is worth £24m to North Midland, while the smaller scheme, worth £4m is located in Birmingham.
North Midland has also been awarded a £1.2m contract to build 12 affordable family homes in Mansfield for emh Group and will also work on a £540,000 office development for James Coles & Sons in Leicester.
Nick Banks, operations director of the building division, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded these contracts, three of which are schemes for existing clients and one of which is for a new client.
“We always like to strengthen the relationships with clients that we already work with but it is also great to secure new clients too.”
