Leading national consultancy Pegasus Group has hired Craig Rawlinson as a senior transport planning director to head up its growing transport team.
Craig is a Chartered Engineer who graduated from Heriot-Watt University in 1996 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He started his career at Parkman and Oscar Faber and more recently has held senior positions at Transport Planning Associates and RPS, principally supporting public and private clients’ development proposals, planning applications and appeals.
He said: “I’m delighted to join Pegasus Group at such an exciting time, as we seek to roll out our extensive transport services nationwide.
“Our key objectives are to deliver a quality transport service that is robust, using best practice and up-to-date policy, technical documents and guidance; to identify the key transport issues, opportunities and constraints and provide cost-effective solutions, and to be honest and pragmatic realistic in the advice we give.”
The team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across a broad range of sectors, including residential, health, education, retail, energy, leisure and employment and helps to offer an integrated approach with other specialisms in the firm in order to support existing and new clients.

Pegasus Group has more than 300 skilled and experienced staff operating from 13 locations throughout the UK. The new transport team are based in Bristol.
