It’s out with the old and in with the new for Derbyshire house hunters ahead of a Part Exchange roadshow which is set to be hosted across the county this weekend (10th and 11th November).
Barratt and David Wilson Homes North Midlands are holding events across many of its developments in the area to show prospective homebuyers how they can make a hassle free move into a new home before Christmas.
Additional incentives at the chosen developments can be unlocked by visitors who attend the events and could mean that buyers will save thousands of pounds on their new home. These could include fitted flooring and upgraded kitchens– as well as free financial advice over the weekend.
The popular initiative means the homebuilder purchases the customer’s current property in part exchange for a new home. This cuts out estate agent fees and chains and gives the customer a guaranteed buyer for their home, meaning they can stay in their current property until their move.
Jan Ruston, Sales Director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes North Midlands, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming existing homeowners to our Part Exchange events this weekend.
“This excellent scheme removes all of the negative associations of moving and ensures the purchasing process is a swift and comfortable one.
“Our contemporary properties at our Derbyshire developments have all been in high demand since launching and we advise anyone interested in the remaining homes to act fast and come to our event.”
The Part Exchange Roadshow will be hosted at the following developments: Barratt Homes at Mickleover, Barratt Homes’ Highfields development in Littleover and David Wilson Homes’ site The Paddocks in Newton Solney.
