END OF AN ERA FOR DAVID WILSON HOMES AS TWO COALVILLE DEVELOPMENTS SELL OUT

David Wilson Homes East Midlands is celebrating the end of an era as its two developments in Coalville have now both successfully sold out.

Abbots View, on Albert Hall Place and Stenson’s Quarter, on Bardon Road have seen more than 140 residents move in since launching two years ago.

Thanks to these new homes sites, David Wilson Homes is also contributing almost £1.5m in the form of an investment to the local area via planning agreements. These will benefit the new and existing residents in the area.

John Reddington, Managing Director at David Wilson Homes East Midlands, said: “We are celebrating the end of an era as both of our popular Coalville developments have now sold out.

“This has been a fantastic area for us to build new properties as it offers homebuyers the best of both worlds and we are delighted to hear that our new residents are settling into their properties well.

“Whilst this development may have sold out now, we still have a range of developments in the area that offer properties to suit a range of buyers including working professionals, first time buyers and growing families. And with moving schemes such as Part Exchange and Help to Buy available, it’s no wonder so many people are choosing to move home with us.

“We would encourage anyone interested in moving to one of our developments, to visit our onsite marketing suites and show homes where they can find out more information.”

David Wilson Homes is currently building at the following developments in Leicestershire: Forest Chase in Leicester Forest East, Hastings Park in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Hunters Lodge in Barrow-upon-Soar, The Chimes in Loughborough, The Spinney in Burbage and New Lubbesthorpe in Leicester.
