Leading fit-out specialist Butler & Willow, has expanded its team with the appointment of Sarah Southern and Stephanie Hays as business development professionals.
Butler & Willow provide tailored workplace solutions across office fit-out and refurbishment, workplace furniture, mezzanine floors and warehouse storage systems.
In their new roles, Stephanie and Sarah will be based at the firm’s working showroom HQ on Queen Street in Long Eaton and will be responsible for seeking and identifying new business opportunities.
By using their depth of experience and understanding of the workplace industry, Stephanie and Sarah will be visiting businesses who are looking for proactive advice on how they can best use their workplace, as well as assisting the wider team to deliver the Butler & Willow quality service.
Stephanie Hays, who lives in Nottinghamshire, has over 10 years of experience in the furniture and commercial interior industry and joins Butler & Willow from MDK Office Seating, where she worked as a business development manager.

Sarah Southern, who lives in Nottingham, joins Butler & Willow following over 13 years in the fit-out and furniture industry.

The team’s ethos and approach to work are extremely refreshing and I’m looking forward to working more closely with each member of the team and the company’s extensive portfolio of clients.”
Stephanie and Sarah’s appointment closely follows that of Lauren Close who joined the firm as a designer late last year. The firm is currently recruiting for further positions across all areas of the business as part of its growth strategy.
